Sea Air is a modern self-catering apartment on The Bay, Filey, perfect for families or couples, close to Filey Bay Beach and local attractions.
Living Area
Sea Air has a generous open plan living / dining space. The lounge area has a Smart TV/DVD player, two large sofas, a dining area with table, 2 chairs & bench. The galley kitchen has a washer/dryer, fridge (with ice box), hob, oven, microwave and plenty of pots and pans.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Off the hall to the right is the main bedroom with a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room. The bedroom has a storage cupboard with hanging space, drawers, vanity area, and Smart TV. Across the hall is the second bedroom with full-size bunks, TV, drawers, and clothes stand. Next to the second bedroom is the recently refurbished family bathroom with bath and overhead rainfall shower with adjustable handheld shower too.
Heating
Full central heating throughout, operated remotely too so we can warm the house ready for your arrival in the winter months.
Outside Space
Sea Air is close to the meadows for walks and picnics, and you are welcome to use the lawned area in front of or behind the apartment for sitting out. All grounds are communal.
Parking
There are large parking bays on Woodspring Way, just outside the apartment. There's also two electric car charging points on Woodspring Way - payment required.
Other Things to Note
Sea Esta is a apartment on the 1st floor only accessed via stairs. Its location offers easy access to local attractions, scenic walks, and Filey Bay Beach, just a short stroll away.

'Location is perfect as a base to explore Filey, Bridlington, and Scarborough. The apartment was very clean and in a quiet location, just a short walk from the meadow and beach, which was lovely for the dogs. The Bay resort has everything you need, and Filey town is easily accessible for takeaways and more. Communication was easy, with quick responses.'

'Nice and exceptionally clean flat, smells nice too. The place looks better than the photos. Kitchen facilities are a bonus. We had two teenagers with us who loved their stay. Surely a home away from home but still having that on-holiday feeling. Pet friendly but really clean with no dog smell or hairs to be seen. Quiet, very clean, and beautiful neighbourhood. Good facilities. Pool and gym are free with a pass provided by the host. Tennis and archery can be booked in advance. Walking distance to a clean beach. We walked towards the Filey promenade, which is about 30 to 45 minutes. Highly recommended and we will come back again.'
