Living Area

Enter through the front door into the hallway with cloakroom under the stairs. To your right is a door into the well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you would need for a self-catering holiday. There’s a dining space with table, chairs and bench. The rear living space has 2 sofas, tub chair, and Smart TV with DVD player. Double patio doors lead onto the rear patio garden. We leave toys, games and DVD's for you to enjoy during your stay.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. The main bedroom at the rear has a double bed, plenty of clothes storage, dressing table / mirror, and Smart TV. The second bedroom has full-size bunk beds and a full-size single bed and deep storage cupboard. Both bedrooms share the newly refitted bathroom with toilet, basin, rainfall shower over the bath with extra hand-held shower. There is also a separate downstairs toilet off the hall.

 

Heating

Full central heating throughout, operated remotely too so we can warm the house ready for your arrival in winter months.

 

Outside Space

French doors from the living area open onto the sunny patio with wooden table and seating for six, and a small lawned area with hedges for privacy.

 

Parking

There are multiple parking bays to both the front and rear of the cottage.

Sea Esta is a cottage across 2 floors with stairs inside. Its location offers easy access to local attractions, scenic walks, and Filey Bay Beach, just a short stroll away.
